You're one operator on a vast procedural network — but you're not alone on it. 120 SimPlayers

Every machine runs services with real version numbers. Every exploit only works on a *range* of

versions. Probe a target, find the soft service, pick a tool — and watch the TRACE meter, because

every action you take writes a log line with your address on it. Scrub them, or get found.

**YOUR TOOLS ARE YOURS.**

`ls`, `cat`, `scan`, `crack` — none of them are hardcoded. They're scripts in your `/bin`, written

in NSH, the shell language built into the game. Read them. Break them. Rewrite them. Pipe them

together (`hosts | grep OWNED`). Write automation that sweeps a subnet while you watch IRC.
